We reserve the right to
change our shippers without notice.
We currently ship by USPS for all deliveries.
All deliveries are shipped using
"Priority Mail"
USPS quote 2-3 working days, but we can not Guarantee this.
Where ever possible we will provide all purchasers with a tracking number by
email to track deliveries.
Should you receive a product
that is damaged due to shipping, notify the shipping company, and be prepared
to show the package and the contents for an insurance claim.
We suggest that when signing
for the package that appears damaged that you state the package is damaged to
the shippers there and then.
If your order is missing
anything, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will promptly rectify
the problem.
Should it be necessary to
return your order, please contact us, and we will take action to get a replacement
shipped to you (contingent upon stock). We will also send you directions
on how to ship the original item back to us (at your cost).
Products are not returnable
after 14 days.
Orders returned are subject
to a 25% restocking charge.
